Foundations Care, trading as FoundCare, is an established Australian not‑for‑profit specialising in foster and kinship care, residential care, and youth justice services across Queensland, New South Wales, and Western Australia. With over two decades of experience, the organization is dedicated to creating safe, stable, and nurturing environments for children and young people who cannot live within their birth families. They work closely with a diverse cohort of carers—ranging from single individuals to culturally varied families—to ensure each child is provided with a tailored placement that honors their background, identity, and needs. Foundations Care employs a trauma‑informed, research‑driven approach, offering comprehensive training, 24/7 clinical support, and regular caseworker engagement to equip carers for the challenges ahead.
