About Signature Global Farmhouse Villas Farrukhnagar Gurgaon Updated 30 September 2026. In short: Signature Global is planning its first farmhouse project on 194.22 acres in Farrukhnagar (also spelt Farukhnagar), Gurugram West. It was announced on 25 September 2026 with a company estimate of Rs 5,500-6,000 crore in sales on 6.77 million sq ft. It is not RERA registered yet, and there is no price, villa size or launch date. It will be sold by invitation, and by value it is the largest project the company has announced so far. Signature Global has put together a 194.22-acre land parcel in Farrukhnagar, on the western edge of Gurugram district, for what it calls an high-end farmhouse villa project. The company told the stock exchanges on 25 September 2026 that it bought 25 acres outright for about Rs 150 crore and signed a collaboration agreement with landowners for the other 169.22 acres. It puts the project's gross development value at Rs 5,500 crore to Rs 6,000 crore on about 6.77 million sq ft of development potential. That is the whole public record today. There is no project name, no Haryana RERA registration, no licence number in the public domain, no price list, no plot or villa sizes and no launch date. The developer has not published a price, and the company's own words are that the villas will be offered by invitation. A channel partner can still take your name for a list. Taking money against it is a different matter, and an "expression of interest" cheque for an unregistered project gives you almost nothing if the plan changes. What the developer says it will build The company describes a low-density, gated enclave of farmhouse villas set in large open greens, with sport, hospitality, leisure and lifestyle facilities planned inside it. No amenity list has been published. It calls the project invitation-only, which usually means a closed first round of sales for chosen buyers before any open sale. Founder and chairman Pradeep Aggarwal said Farrukhnagar had been on the company's radar for some time, which fits a land deal of this size: a collaboration over 169 acres is not put together in a few weeks. The pictures on this page are the developer's own promotional artwork for the project. They are illustrations of the intended look, not photographs of the site, which today is farm land. Two of them show hills in the background; the Farrukhnagar belt is flat, so read them as mood boards rather than views. Signature Global plots in Farrukhnagar are a different project Search "Signature Global Farrukhnagar" or "Signature Global Farukhnagar" and you will also find the company's older DDJAY plotted colony in Sector 3, Farukhnagar: small residential plots under the state's affordable plotted scheme, sold in a different price band to a different buyer. The farmhouse villa project is a separate, much larger land parcel on the Farrukhnagar-Wazirpur Road and has no registration of its own yet. If a broker quotes a Farrukhnagar price, ask which of the two it is for. The number worth asking about: 6.77 million sq ft on 194 acres Here is the arithmetic nobody else has printed. 194.22 acres is about 84.6 lakh sq ft of land. Spread 6.77 million sq ft over it and you get a floor area ratio of roughly 0.80 across the whole parcel, roads and greens included.
